AURIC-73 Technical Dossier
A fully esterified, chemically neutral liquid process additive for polyethylene film extrusion. It shifts the economics of the extrusion window: more throughput before melt-fracture onset, lower motor load, reduced die buildup. A neutral acid value of 1.27 mgKOH/g means no interaction with stabilizer packages.

High unsaturation grade. For transparent and natural-colour applications, repeated hot reprocessing carries a yellowing consideration; our team specifies the correct protocol case by case.
VELAFLOW-246 Flow Series
A two-part odour-control system with two distinct jobs. NEUTRAX-57 chemically neutralizes the acidic and sulfur-bearing species that cause recycled-material odour. AERIS-38 then solubilizes and masks residual volatiles with a light, fresh ester note. Neutralize first, refine second. Two jobs, two products, applied in the correct order.

Dual-Stage Treatment Chemistry
Polymer Application · Primary
The workhorse of rigid recycling, and the most torque-hungry.
Recycled PP streams mix melt-flow grades unpredictably. The result: torque spikes, pressure variation at the die, fused or chained granules at hot die-face pelletizers, and, in glass-filled compounding, fibre breakage that quietly erodes tensile properties.
AURIC-73 at 0.2–0.5% reduces melt viscosity and lubricates the die lip: steadier amps, cleaner pellet cut, reduced granule fusion. In glass-filled PP compounding on twin-screw lines, the same viscosity reduction lowers shear on the fibre. Fibre length retention is the legitimate route to tensile improvement in GF grades.

The heavy-viscosity end of the recycled stream.
Blow-moulding and pipe-grade fractions drag melt viscosity up; mixed-MFI feedstock loads the motor, and high-viscosity passages show surface defects on profile and pipe.
AURIC-73 reduces melt viscosity and provides die-lip lubrication: lower motor load at equal output, or higher output at equal load, with improved surface off the die.

Film-to-film recycling, where the die decides your economics.
LLDPE hits melt-fracture onset at lower shear than LDPE; recycled blends inherit the worst of both. Die buildup, sharkskin onset, and tape breaks on draw lines cap throughput below the machine's capability.
VELAFLOW-246 shifts the melt-fracture onset window, allowing more throughput before surface defects appear, while lubricating the die and reducing buildup. AURIC-73 serves the same stream in compounding/pelletizing stages.

Recycled PS loses molecular weight through its processing history. The brittleness that follows is structural, and no process additive restores it. What an additive can honestly do is ease flow.
AURIC-73 reduces melt viscosity and eases mould filling at lower temperatures and pressures, which itself limits further thermal damage. We do not claim impact-strength recovery, because the chemistry does not support that claim.

Recycled PVC demands precise lubricant balance. Imbalance shows as plate-out, sticking, or surface defects, and processing temperature discipline is everything.
AURIC-73's ester and fatty-acid chemistry is native lubricant territory for PVC, operating comfortably within PVC's 160–200 °C window. Because every PVC formulation's stabilizer-lubricant balance is unique, we specify a low-dose ladder trial protocol rather than a blanket dosage.

Glass-filled engineering compounds where fibre length is the product.
PA6/PA66 GF compounding on twin-screw lines breaks fibre under shear; PA's hygroscopic nature adds a moisture variable that recycled streams amplify.
AURIC-73 lowers melt shear on the fibre for length retention, the same mechanism proven in GF-PP, with moisture management supporting recycled PA feedstock. The upper processing range approaches the additive's volatility territory, so dosing and venting are specified per line.

Recycled ABS processes at 220–250 °C, at the upper end of conventional additive chemistry, where standard dosing approaches lose material to volatilization before it can act.
We engineer the window rather than avoid it: low-end dosing with vented extrusion, specified per line against your actual processing temperatures. Configured correctly, flow ease and torque reduction are achievable in recycled ABS.

Extending the chemistry into polyester's demanding window.
PET processes at 270–290 °C, the most demanding thermal window in commodity recycling, and one that standard melt-phase additives cannot survive. Our answer is GG-1203, a dedicated grade engineered for PET processing conditions and currently in structured field trials with processing partners. Results to date support its use, and the trial programme continues.
PET recyclers are invited to evaluate GG-1203 under our trial protocol, on their own line, against their own readouts. We publish what the data supports as the programme matures.

Cold-flow chemistry for biodiesel producers operating in North American climates.
In biodiesel manufacturing, cold-weather behaviour decides where and when a fuel can be sold. GG-1203 functions as a pour point dispersion system, improving the low-temperature flow behaviour of the finished fuel and supporting seasonal blend targets and cold-chain handling. Dosing is specified against each producer's feedstock profile rather than as a blanket rate.

Density regulation and high-calorific bio-components for solid and liquid energy applications.
When fuel streams of different densities and polarities are blended, stratification and phase separation follow unless the surfactant chemistry is correct. EMULSAR-12 regulates density behaviour across the blend, wets polar contaminants, and holds dissimilar streams in a stable, homogeneous fuel. The result is a blend that stays blended: in the tank, in transfer, and at the burner.

Chemical treatment packages for unstable, acidic, or odorous pyrolysis and recovered streams.
A treatment chemistry package for pyrolysis oils and recovered industrial oils. NEUTRAX-57 neutralizes corrosive acid and sulfur species (H₂S, mercaptans, organic acids) and coagulates polar colour bodies; its high density then carries the reacted sludge down for clean separation. EMULSAR-12 handles polar-contaminant wetting in lower-temperature liquid systems. AERIS-38 provides the final solvency and odour polish.

Treatment reduces corrosive and odorous sulfur species and meaningfully lowers total sulfur. It does not produce sulfur-free or automotive-specification fuel; thiophenic sulfur requires hydroprocessing.
